Booking for Santa’s grotto is only available online and, as dates sell out quickly, it is unlikely you will be able to purchase a ticket on the day. We strongly advise booking online in advance to avoid disappointment.

Santa will invite each child in turn to share their Christmas wishlist and be ready to capture the moment as they pose for a picture with the big man himself before choosing a gift.
